CONDITIONS
In Villa Mirella, we welcome responsible guests: couples with or without children.
- Rates per week 7 nights for 2 guests. Additional guests pay 25 euro per person per night extra.
- If you book for more than 1 week, special rates may apply.
- Minimum stay in low season is 3 nights, in high season 7 nights, so please contact us if you have other wishes.
- Changeover day: Check-out 11am – check in 15pm.
- Cleaning costs are NOT included in the rates: main house up to > 100 euro/guesthouse 75 euro (per week).
- Just-to-be-sure deposit is 50% of the rental sum.
- Booking is confirmed when the deposit is received.
- Balance due 30 working days before arrival.
