Da Gemma is named after the owner nonna Gemma. A well known local fact about her is that she once was ‘airlifted’ into Turin by the Agnelli family, owners of Fiat and Ferrari, to make her famous ‘Tagliatelle al Ragu’ for their wedding guests.
It’s a half hour drive from Mango, but well worth it! Make a reservation on time because they are often full. And don’t forget to taste the Dolcetto of their neighbour which they serve!
